Working as a freelance translator, I pride myself in providing the client with accurate translations that carry the meaning and essence of the text. As a trained attorney with international commercial transactions and intellectual property litigation experience, I focus on providing crisp, accurate, and precise translations that convey also the legal significance (and meaning) of the underlying text - without "interpreting" or "evaluating" the text, which would be the next step in the analytical process. If required by the client, however, I also provide a legal analysis of the translated text and comments on the import of the document. This add-on provides clients engaged in international distribution, cross-border transactions, securitizations, public or private offerings, or capital fundings with the opportunity of an additional layer of review.

As a freelance translator, I have also worked as a document review attorney - reviewing series of documents in foreign languages and providing quick, brief, commentary in English for senior attorneys to review and distill. Given that I am in graduate school, on-site reviews prove time-prohibitive; but I am available for off-site (remote) document reviews from my home office.
